Is it the motion or just the relaxation that makes it better? Don’t know and I really want to keep those visits up when I’m tight in those area’s!

I have tried chiropractors and massages. They both do help some. But, the latest relief seems to be from a good session from behind and the stretching, pulling and then final releasing to really make my back relax.
